We see a lot of people suffering from obesity and
over-weight. And in midst of this what you’re trying to achieve can be a bit
rebellious- gaining weight. It’s 21st century and there are a lot of people out
there who are gluttonous, doing it wrong and following a very unhealthy
lifestyle.
Weight and mass is not the fault of anyone. It’s either genetically
there or due to any recent illness, ailment or medical condition or simply
because you’ve an Ectomorphic body type.
Being a skinny male can be easily dealt with if you follow a
strict protein and nutrient enhanced diet along with proper workout routine,
but being a skinny female is more struggles.
You have tried everything, eaten
every ‘calorie’ that came your way but you haven’t gained noticeably?
Researches have shown that an Ectomorphic body type can be turned to your advantage
if you follow these pointers which can be dubbed as an ideal ‘women’s weight

1) Increase your intake-
The best part about being ‘skinny’
is you can eat a lot, most of the times more than your chubby counter-part
without the fear of gaining much. It is the goodness of our metabolism. But to
have first-class curves you have to to have major increase in your calorie
intake. Burgers, cakes, pastries maybe irresistible to you and are full of
calories but they lack NUTRIENTS. Nutrients are what you need. Laying your
hands on junk food occasionally might be harmless, but sincerely there are
healthier food products out there; tastier, that need to be given a chance by
you.
If your calorie intake is 2000, increase it to 2400 and
stick to it. Keep a check on what you eat, how you eat and best of all, why you
eat it! Pulses, grains, salmon, chicken, fruits, meat etc. are food products
that you should look forward too. If you’re a vegan then too there are many
nutrients infused fruits and food products available in the market.
2) Resistance training
It is what you should look forward to.
Train with a good instructor. In resistance training your muscles develop and
will give you a chance to gain those missing inches around your waist. It will
also give your body that sassy voluptuous look or maybe an athletic one, guys
dig in for. Training should be properly timed and organized. You’ve to be
dedicated and unaffected by distractions.
3) Controlled lifestyle.
There has never been a gain without
pain. You’ll have to set timers, alarms, checklists and what not. But it will
turn out to be a great help eventually. Kick the butt. Cut down on alcoholic
beverages. Go cycling or swimming early mornings. Engage yourself to a healthy
lifestyle.
4) Visit a Doctor.
Try to eliminate the ill effects of your
pre-existing medical ailments. There are at times ailments and conditions that
may hinder you from adopting a healthy lifestyle and body. Consult your MD,
practitioner, therapists and psychologist. Whoever needs to be consulted?

5) Be happy with what you are.
Be content with whatever
progress you’re making. Even if there isn’t any- The key to have a good body is
to have a happy mind about it. It has been proved and is indeed fruitful to
have positivity about your physique. Don’t let anyone’s comment or statement
creep in your mind. If you feel you’re happy and healthy; you’re. If you don’t
then you’re not; simply.

‘you’d have been beautiful if you had few more pounds’. Run afar from those who
